- Returns must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt for a refund.
- The goods must be in their original condition, unopened and unused.
- We regret not to refund the original shipping fee with the return.
- Please note on the front of your receipt or

- Please do not send cash-on-delivery packages, as they will not be accepted.
- Only items purchased on anascrystal.care can be accepted for a return. Items purchased through any other channel in accordance with the channels return policy.
